Fallon Henley is the bar owner who shortly teamed with Kianna James, you're thinking of Tatum Paxley (who'd been wearing a protective face mask) teaming with Ivy Nile, but they've already split them up too. Was a forgettable falling out and think only one match came of it.
Well on SmackDown it's still two individual championships that Roman holds, he's just holding both together. Like bread in a sandwich. I think they'd rather go with Women's World Championship on RAW and just WWE Women's Championship on SmackDown. Also a redesign without the colours because that's been an issue as well. "The red one can't be on the blue one and the blue one can't be on the red one!"
I still think the easiest thing to do back in 2016 would have been to follow the original Brand Split rules when it came to naming the other championships. In 2002 RAW had the World Heavyweight Championship (no WWE in the name) so they had the World Tag Team Championship, while SmackDown had the WWE Championship so they got the WWE Tag Team Championship.
2016 RAW had the WWE Universal Championship (before they for some reason stopped saying WWE when introducing the champion), so they should have had the WWE Universal Women's Championship and WWE Universal Tag Team Championship. While on SmackDown they had the WWE World Championship (before they also for some reason dropped World from the name) so they would have followed with WWE Women's World Championship and WWE World Tag Team Championship. Instead Vince and friends went super basic with the names and colours.

I say we rename the women’s titles, but not the same as the mens, simply because when the time comes where they want the UWU champion to swap with the world heavyweight and the women not to swap, we don’t have the issue of the two “world” champions being on different shows and the two “universal/wwe” champions on opposite shows

They could just swap the belts but keep the current lineage, so they essentially renamed the Raw Womens Championship as the Smackdown Womens Championship and vice versa, but the records show Bianca won her belt at WM38, even though it has now been renamed and re-coloured.

Both the womens titles are hideous and in need of design change, a name change to something more clever would be welcomed as well.
All and all I think the draft was actually really good. I’m excited to see what happens after Backlash! Especially since the Raw World Heavyweight tournament should start that week…maybe…PLEASE!
In kayfabe it makes no sense that brock and omos negotiated free agentship but roman couldn't.

It depends on what they do with Omos, like if they are going to make him an "end level boss" type of opponent or what… if they do then he and Brock Lesnar make sense as free agents to go where they are needed to put on a good show and be challenging opponents for whoever needs them on whatever brand.
The rest of the free agents are basically just a jobber pool that they can use as they need to put a star on whatever show on TV in a match that doesn't have to be part of any ongoing story.
Because I grew up in the 80s watching PBS, I actually get a few of the British references…

with Tom directly referencing my comment from yesterday's news video, I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed. Probably both. Though massive kudos to Tom for actually reading the comment section, not every creator does that.
NXT has a whole pool of men and women who have not appeared on TV yet, they'll be fine. Just like every other time the main roster "decimated" the NXT Roster, they'll just pull from the PC and replace the people who left.
I think they should split tag tittles and have street profits beat the usos to continue the bloodline story line
This Draft is leaving a lot more questions than expected. I really hope Rhea and Bianca are not going to just swap titles, that feels pointless and a waste. I do feel Smackdown got some of the better choices, they have Asuka, IYO, Grayson Waller, LA Knight (Yeah), Austin Theory, and Camero Grimes. There is already a fantastic series of matches and feuds. What do the "Free Agents" Get to do. Are they allowed to go to any show? What if other people want to become Free Agents? What is going on with the all Tag Titles, the Men's and Women's Tag champions were all drafted to RAW? Do they float from show to show? We still don't know what is going to happen to the NXT women's titles. I'm happy NXT got call-ups but man it feels like they gutted the roster. Grayson Waller should have been drafted while RAW was happening, not during the after-show. The next few weeks are going to be interesting.
Have fyre and dawn retain, and rename the titles the universal womens tag titles on smackdown debut Scrap womens tag titles in nxt. Not enough of a division. As for indi, I have no idea what to do for that title.
I think we should note that NXT doesn't have any women's tag team anymore. In the last month or two, they've ever been broken up or have been drafted to the main roster.
Why hasn't anyone noticed or commented on HHH being called and even his onscreen nameplate as "Hall of Famer", instead of Chief Content Officer?
Both women’s titles should just change hands at Backlash. Zelina and IO could be transitional champions, or have short reigns each.
Fallon Henley and Ivy Nile split up weeks ago. In fact almost every women’s tag team they’ve established over the past couple years has split up except for Carter/Chance and Fyre/Dawn, and they all just got called up so right now NXT doesn’t even have a women’s tag division. And with those two teams scheduled for a title match tonight, it means whoever wins is either bringing the belts to the main roster or vacating them come next week.

You folks thinking like me regarding the Women's titles. I do feel that the belt swap would be so tiresome cause it's been done too many times already with various belts. Like what you said I agree but with a twist. Make new belts with new names so should the Championships move brands both wrestlers keep their belts & current title reigns. But what to call the belts. WWE Women's for one and WWE Women's Universal for the second? Or some other name? IDK WWE Women's World champion has a strange ring to it for me.
What I don't understand, is why Odyssey Jones and Indus Sher are getting called up, when Tyler Bate and Ilja Dragunov are still in NXT. Odyssey Jones was injured for nearly a year and only just got back on television, and while Sanga is main roster ready, Veer definitely isn't.
Bate and Dragunov are not only Main Roster ready, I would argue they are both mid-card title ready. Dragunov could beat Gunther leading to Gunther aiming for the World Championship, and Bate could take the belt off of Austin Theory or at least challenge for it.

Do they have to do anything with the belts? People from other brands have held belts before. Charlotte picked up the NXT championship from Rhea at Wrestlemania 36, and she was under the Raw brand at the time.
