Miko saved ishigami from a fall in the stairs when he was depressed about Tsubame rejecting him in the Christmas party, and broke her arm after that. I dont hate that they skipped so much but there's some important stuff thats actually insane to skip, they even hinted at the christmas party since the end of the movie 🙁

when i saw miku's broken arm i thought we were going to see ishigami arc
they skip a lot of important stuff about Hayasaka and Ishigami and its not to be in the last movie. So sad
I really am sad we won't get all the story animated. But it is what it is I guess, can't change it.
I really enjoyed this OVA, but it really did feel so wrong that I was skipping ahead so far. I don't understand why they didn't just keep adapting the story normally when it's such a successful series. I really felt like I was missing so much context, and I wanted to see when they told the other student council members for real that they were dating. I just really can't emphasize enough how bittersweet it felt to get time-skipped like that.

There's an end credits scene where the plot for the final movie is teased (they all will be adults and the board game club prez is preparing something crazy)
