The Eclair part was literal, completely overlooked it.
Some audiences have found the right candidate by the toy recording, as the voice of Eclair is exactly the same as Kurea's voice actress.
But yeah, the producer did take the detective game seriously. For sure Luluka does not want her former partner, who sacrificed her memories to stop the boss, to fight again now, with Luluka herself getting hurt and no longer able to aid her partner.
This reminds me of Moonlight from Heartcatch, who lost her fairy partner FOREVER and was unable to fight under her trauma. But unlike Eclair, she did not lose her memories, and this is what made her backstory even more tragic.
Shushutan is known to be the fairy of knowledge, with Mashutan being the fairy of fortune-telling, and Pochitan being the fairy of time-travelling.
Seems like Shushutan will take up the role to tell the story behind fairies and humans, why the Phantom fairies would like to spread lies without destroying the world, and hopefully the mysterious London agency. Mashutan may tell the truth of Usonoir's obsession with becoming the so-called ruler by enveloping the world in lies, and Pochitan must explain why Anna was chosen to travel back to when the story happens.
Another foreshadowing is that the lady walking with Luluka seems to be Mikuru's grandmother. Given the fact that her transformation tool was from her grandmother, she is likely to be a former Precure, with Luluka and Kurea being her apprentices.
