I still think every episode should be one hour long so that they stop skipping so much content.
It might be worth noting that most of the Servant NPs have been shown in one form or another at this point. They haven't really been explained though (and may never be fully explained by the anime), which does contribute to some confusion/ambiguity. But overall, you can largely infer the NPs by extrapolating what's shown – for example, Assassin using multiple Zabaniyas that were developed by other past Assassins or Alcides pulling out NPs based on his 12 labors.
Yeah, the most common complaint I hear about is the fast pacing and cutting of scenes, like Fake Caster and Fake Assassin summoning, but LN readers said this season cover 6 volumen of 10, so next season should have with better pacing.
Funny thing that you said gacha game, Narita, the autor, said FSF wouldn't collab with FGO until he realease the last volume(10), and the anime finally airing is probably what make him realease the volumen this past 1st April.

Between Servants and Real people it's a literal coin flip if the Servant ends up being stronger due to Mystics or legends exaggerating events.
But as a rule, normally, a real entity is stronger than a Heroic spirit because they have access to all their original powers, while the Servant only has a couple of skills and legends from the records in the Throne of Heroes
