  1. 11:25 essentially up until now Ayaka has repeated that she isn’t Richard’s master. When she found motivation and drive. Now that Richard also found his drive they’re a “proper” master servant duo hence “starting from zero”.

  2. The commentors say that Tsubaki's parents didn't die, but a fate worse than death for mages… breaking their magic circuits. Basically, removing the ability to use magic ever again.

  3. Sigma actually killed tsubaki parents magical crests which is worse than death for a mage and fried there magical circuits which put them out of commission for a month but let them live because he would feel bad when tsubaki wakes up eventually.

  4. if you want to watch Prisma Illya, you have to ignore the fan service, or you can just read the manga until zwei (since manga have little fan service) and just watch the drei (season 4) and then the movie…

  5. 13:13 Lol I love how every reactor I’ve seen forgets about Richard’s entourage! I don’t blame anyone, since it was explained all the way back in episode 2 and hasn’t been brought up much since then… but he’s actually been using it constantly. Every time he’s been running through the air, that’s actually thanks to a member of his entourage (the sorceress Nimue, to be exact)!

  6. Mages have no consideration for personal emotion and no respect for human lives, and are willing to kill anyone (including themselves) if doing so lets them achieve their goal. The only reason they don’t kill themselves immediately is because they can’t work on their goal if they’re dead, but if they can accomplish it they don’t care about dying. That’s why from gods’ perspective mages don’t count as humans; humans are creatures supposed to be afraid of dying more than anything and in turn shuns killing their brethren, not some psychopath that don’t care who dies for the sake of their goals. People like Rin Tohsaka are weirdos in terms of mage for even having a heart to care for normal humans.

By the way I heard Tsubaki’s parents are actually not dead yet; Sigma destroyed their magic circuits. They will take months to recover and even then they won’t be able to act as a mage ever again (similar to what Kiritsugu did to Keineth). Since being a mage is their only purpose, this is a fate worse than death for them and they will live in agony for the rest of their lives. Which they rightfully deserve.

  7. Flat being such a goat that he even befriended one of the elder vampire lords is CRAZY. like Van Fem is no joke, and Jester is right to be afraid of him lol too bad my boy Flat got lit the hell up at the end. it's always the fun, carefree characters that get taken out wayyyy too soon.

edit: also I know this is a couple months late so you definitely know by now but Richard repeating the "Are you my master" line was not only a referance to Artoria in that scene but also because Ayaka never said yes at the start. Richard was never at full power until this point because they never made the master-servant connection at the beginning of the season because Ayaka didn't feel worthy of being his master and kept denying it. now they both came around, Ayaka accepting her role as Richard's master and Richard finally having a reason to wish upon the grail (specifically to show Artoria, she succeeded)
