the choices of evolution was an illusion they all lead to plague dragon path if had take divine dragon path it would a brainwashing magic he only thinks give healing cause it light magic

This episode turn disaster to the situation deal with then end up sadder than I expected…..Myria got tha disappointment but still trust Illusia and meanwhile the elf girl who actually pretty smart acts careless due to giving into her emotion 😢😢 I dislike her so much.
Please Anime Gods, give this a 2nd season. This isekai storyline is actually interesting and fun.
If he quilled Doz when he got the chance he would be evolving much sooner and ofcourse Gregory would be alive, but………..he would percieve him as not a true friend of mankind. So no matter who he quilled he is destined to be seen as evil in the villagers eyes.

You know I'd never have even thought of the Palworld comparison just because I'd read this part years before playing it and it's been awhile since I've been on the game but you are kind of right. Illusia vaguely looking like an Astegon and I can kinda see Reptyro on the rock dragon minus the gigantic neck
just to clarify.
what determine the possible evolutions are the titles and its levels. so the plague dragon eveolution didnt open because he killed a person, it opened because by killing that person he level up the titles wrongdoer, calamity, dastarly king. in order words if he level up other titles like little hero, hero, great hero, mercefiull, etc. he would still be able to evolve to a "good" dragon. as long as he doesnt get stuck in final evolution, that is.
I love the forced laughter like he's trying to reassure himself that it wasnt all bad… Such a good anime, really need some real payoff at the end tho…. He keeps getting screwed over.
I was really interested in seeing the evolution tree that would have allowed him to become a demi-human. Put all of that seems like a distant dream at this point. 😅
I wouldn't be surprised if we're going to have to deal with all of those adventurers next, considering that he was a simple small plague dragon before and now he's a calamity sized plague dragon! If anything he's going to have to move house now because he's too big to fit inside his cave. 🥲
