There are many interpretations for the final scene with Tsumugi one year later, but I think one is that it is based on the Japanese custom of the souls of ancestors returning temporarily in the summer. Another interpretation is that Hairi and Shizuku visit the grave and call out "I'm back," and Tsumugi, who is sleeping in the lighthouse, responds with "Welcome back."
There is room for various interpretations, so viewers should each wish happiness on each heroine.🌻
