We'll either get a S3 or a movie/OVA. But something HAS to be announced anime-related.

Season 3 announcement this year, and anime the next, lets go! We even get the next bitcoin halving next year! 2024 will be a great year.

Thing is, a full year takes place between arc 4&5. With a good amount of side stories taking place, not to mention the cut content from S2. It's more likely we'll get a DC, OVA, or in the most extreme case a S2 1/2.

We’d be alive to finish rezero if it had a season release paste. (like my hero academia) seeing how there’s 11 whole arcs.
I hope they at least will give us cool merch (like, did we really don't need and deserve new character figures or what, except Rem, Ram and Emilia, come on, guys) or maybe an OVA / a movie, that would also be something at least, a sign of life from animated Re:Zero, perhaps. I do believe we might not get even this, but as I heard, the event this time must be way more serious, so the situation should not repeat itself, we may hope for at least these things.

I think S3 will be announced at this event, I'm more worried about a bad/rushed adaptation…

I don't fully expect S3 to be announced, but considering that Anime Japan is a pretty big event in Japan, i think that there's a high chance that we might get something bigger than new Re:Zero merch. I wouldn't even mind getting a new OVA or spin off series (preferably covering EX novel chapters or Re:If)
Only a leak confirmation will come on the 30th but apparently Re:Zero will be on the Red stage at anime Japan which is for big news so I’m hopeful in regards to anime news since anime Japan is a much more namely event
I think the biggest Re:Zero related news that ever got announced at the one in July only we’re OVA’s
I’m a bit more concerned about the studio situation white fox made re:zero what it is but the best solution would still be at the to have another studio co Produce the series like spy x family or at the very least outsource a big chunk of it like Nexus doing 9 episodes for season 1
Season 2 wasn’t really badly animated the only thing that was noticeable was some downgrades of the direction especially in talking scenes, a decrease of detail like shading and subaru having 11 different faces throughout the season if they can fix the inconsistent character design and do well with the fights I’ll be more than satisfied if we get season 3 by 2024 wouldn’t even mind fall if it means they have a reasonable amount of time to animate everything properly or they do a split cour that seems to to be a trend for many anime rn anyways
(apparently the schedule for S2 was so tight an animator strained their eyes from overworking saw that on twitter) so it wasn’t just lack of staff but also not giving the already small team enough time so I’m hoping they realize the pitfalls of the production of season 2 and smooth everything out for future seasons

So that means Naruto will make Re:zero season 3 because he is stronger than white fox and kadokawa.
it's either they be releasing the anime ever 5 years so my guess is, if it dosn't happen in 2026 we aint living to see the end of re:zero in the anime formate
there has to be at least something for how much praise the latter arcs get i'll be surprised if they cancel it

as someone who has waited through a 2 year radio silence on RWBY Volume 9 (with the only confirmation being that Rooster Teeth was making it at the same time as volume 8), i think i can handle it
