3:35 Merlin is one of the most powerful (and famous) mages in history, but with some… features in Fate. And someone like King Arthur herself will know what he is capable of very well.

No man the stat's was a thing even BEFORE mobile game came out…….classes,parameter's the rank's and types of a noble phantasm and skill's was in the visual novel from the get-go!All of that was even mentioned in Zero you probably just forgot…..i will remommend you trying out 6 short episode ova called Einzbern consultation room.
Servants had stats and skills even in the original visual novel. They are as follows:
Strength.(Physical strength.)
Endurance.(How much of a beating they can take.)
Agility.(How fast they are.)
MP(Magic Power or Mana)
Luck(Ability to defy fate)
Noble Phantasm. (Technically not a stat, just the rank of their NP.)

also rin lecturing shirou about how not use comand spells is rediculus.. rin has the less command spell in the entire war.. yet both in the real show and here… shirou is clewless so she just told him grounded basic knowledge as "know that sword? if you take it out you might stab a person so be carfull with that"

About question: all of aspects is great, but writing is what makes it just brilliant. Authors know lore, know story, know how to turn it up to 11, but stay true to the original, know how to make jokes and puns (layered), know what they want to say about it and how to make it complete thing, not just bunch of scenes. It might be called abridged, but it actually feels like extended version.

Caladbolg is a weapon in Irish myth wielded by Fergus, Lancer made a joke about Fergus in the first episode of UBW Abridged. It's also the same thing Archer said in the actual Fate UBW show when he sent Caster flying (episode 7), in that episode he used the exact same attack on her as he did here.
Rin, who constantly calls Archer "Satan", after bumping into Shiro: "Woah, speak of the devil!"
The most subtle line in the whole abridged series, right there.
Merlin turned Artoria into a futa and she banged her sister Morgan and had a child with her 🙂 I am sure Saber is still traumatised 😂😂
The stats of Servants were a thing in the original visual novel already. Every Master gets an ability called "Master's sight" or something that lets them see basic stats of any servant they see (of course not stuff like their name, Noble Phantasms or skills – until they learn more about the servant).
I love how Archer has flashbacks from the first season of Fate Stay Night from 2006
I love the jokes they keep making about Archer's identity – Rin runs into Shirou this episode and says "speak of the devil" when she's been calling Archer Satan this whole time

My favorite aspect has to be the uniqueness that they add with their editing. This is why it's so much better than pretty much any other abridged.
