Do you need to keep the 2nd character in the party to maintain the super speciality? Lets say I ditch celine but used her for this set up will the mount be inaccessible?
Unless they changed it for this. I will have to say yes. Back in the PSP, Leon was one of the characters i used to unlock Blacksmith. When he left my party, i wasn't able to use Blacksmith anymore. If you're asking if said chaneed to be in the Active Party though, then no
It's much easier to level up familiar. Just press square on the ic level up screen and it toggles to show specialties. Just level familiar up 4 times(this causes the prerequisites to level up)
