This is one of those animes where the anime is amazing, most likely because it was based on the LN. Meanwhile, the Manga adaptation made the story stale (probably because Manga was based on the WN). The manga is worse in comparison in my opinion, it doesn't explore the MC's relationships and his reflections on his new life better. It's just your typical Isekai Harem Comedy centered around an MC who's building his village. Worst part, the manga is filled with MC's narration, instead of relaying the story by having the characters interact.
this is just rimuru without the fun stuff, the manga really suffers because they keep the mc in the farm and never elaborate or show what the side characters are doing, like the fights and the exploration…
cant wait till the 2nd season.
Zabuton is the low key best character in this anime.
The only thing I didn't quite understand in this anime was the end when he got that one girl pregnant. All the time whenever this topic comes up he avoids it and plays the dummy but then this one girl is suddenly pregnant. I know it's canon but they changed his behaviour in this anime so much to the "opposite" that him becoming a father felt kinda out of place, also because it happened our of nowhere. Anyway a good Isekai😊
Ngl, I like his pets more. The inferno wolves the spiders are cute
Hate the anime, is a good harem story and they made it a monogamous guy when is clearly one of the few harem guy that have kids with his wifes….
