Great video! I pick an outfit for the day, then change into/out of it as needed. This keeps the "good" clothing clean (I am a full time care giver) and me looking nice in a pinch if company drops over or leave the house. I put a base layer on that goes with both. Also, I cook ahead and plan meals before I shop. Cook all weekly meals at one time day for easy, one-day kitchen clean up. Lastly, I hide all kinds of veggies pureed inside of my Spaghetti sauce-the kids never even know they are in there! Bonus tip: we do a family Bible reading after the dinner meal every Sunday evening. The kids are so used to it and look forward to a positive start to their week.
can I write down the goals in my smartphone? Or does it have to be by hand into a book?

Hi..funny I had similar goals. My husband and I are always looking for something. I resolved for 2023 to get organized. Like you I started small and it was not as daunting as I thought. I still havevsome drawers to do, but it has made a difference in my life. I decluttered my clothes in December , but I know there is some clothes that I don't life and don't feel my best in.. I am not a winter person . I walked almost everyday in the summer and fall..then winter comes and I need to find an indoor exercise program. I can not go to a gym right now, because until my husband gets his high risk knee replacement we were told to both be in a bubble, stay away from crowds etc, so neither one of us get Covid, viruses etc, because even if I get something I could give it to him . The ortho then may not get him rescheduled for six months or longer. I love fresh vegetables , but we eat a lot of vegetables, anyhow. I ate cookies at Christmas so need to get back to very low sugar. I love all of your tips . I do get dressed everyday and put on make up everyday. Your little one is precious. I like the tips on positive body image. You look amazing and fit .

Here's what profoundly changed my life in 2022. Prayer – at least 5 minutes every day. Gratitude: making it constant, and remembering that even challenges will teach me something important if I pay attention. Miscellaneous: Listening to Bible in a Year (Fr. Mike)- approx. 15 minutes per day (I went thru it twice!). Church every Sunday. Try these for 21 days.
I love the morning light too! I watch from my bedroom window because the temps here in Minnesota are too cold to go outside. I'm praying for the climate to change to something closer to San Diego weather so I can enjoy the outdoors all year long. Your ideas are great!
This is great for me. I have a very small yard. But I do have three dogs who go out back with me. And I could exercise in side my house. I’m so inactive it isn’t funny. I’m 63 and I don’t want to be old and feeble. I need to do something. I need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. I can try that. I might try theses for 21 days. I haven’t had a drink since we moved here about three years ago.
Too much oil on your healthy veggies! It's pure fat and you don't need any oil (or cheese)
I started dressing up a little for my school runs. All the mums were asking me if I was going out right after, or if I had a job interview !🙃 😅 Don't blame them, as they were used to me looking dull and boring with the same old clothes . This does boost my confidence and get to enjoy wearing my clothes. Great tips Anna and I thank you !😊 💋
