  1. I designed my ideal day/week like 200 times before, over the last few years. I‘m great at planning. I just suck at following my schedule. How do you do it guys?

  4. I tried somrthing very similar to this methord but I couldn't consistently follow it, how do you consistently do it without getting board or when your energy level is low that you just want to spend sometime watching movies or simply scrolling through your phone
