I'm in chromium 2 and I'm already feeling the burn out all the way back here. I'm very free to play maybe spending 100 dollars a year on the best deals but other than that I only play to have fun. Never spent a dime on datacrons at all and it feels great

Wont work if it's only one. Some of the players will start to feel like they dont like falling down the rankings and will jump ship to one of the others. Needs all of those guilds to fall into line. Taking a game that seriously though baffles me

Datacrons are, by far, the worst thing that's ever happened to this game. Hopefully CG takes this into account and decides to do something like they did with the raid rewards. Thanks for giving this topic a voice Emperor!

I think this is great & hope it will have an impact on CG. I see what my guild leaders go thru every TW & I give them props for doing it. As for the time spent in game & not having any real fun, I get it. All my friends have stopped playing. I only continue to play because it's Star Wars. Being a top F2P account I still spend 2-4 hours a day in game.

I agree datacrons are one of the biggest problem right now.
It is nice to see a major part of the community is standing up and making a statement. While i am not a fan of datacrons, i still enjoy the game and the guild that i run. I met great people and being playing with for many years. Best thing to do is enjoy what we can and thats not just the game but the community itself.

Unfortunately the average Joe making the occasional micro transaction makes CG more income than the Whales ever will.

There are some numerous improvements they can make. The mod config is great. The problem is that you should be able to apply a mod set to multiple different characters for free. The issue next is grinding characters and squads. It takes forever to grind out squads and gear them out. it makes it impossible to really compete. like right now it is going to take me a year or more to get jabba. that is so stupid. it shouldn't take a year or more of grinding.

Their guild micromanagement took the fun out of the game before CG. I think its funny that they're upset they're having a problem controlling people. It's not gonna change anything. Their guild will just break up, and another guild will take it's place. Also, Ahnold getting off on this is kinda funny, too.

But they are a direct contact to the CCP executives and lead game designers. For some time, CCP tried to use them as a
no-power-but… excuse. To their surprise, the major blocks organised ingame resistance that became painful, since it became news.
Nowadays, Eve is still in good shape after nearly 20 years. And yes, sometimes ideas got scrapped, since they didn't worked out.
Btw. Tacticus is a far better game then Galaxy of Heroes. Yes, I have also quite a decent bunch of workload. But it is by far not as tiresome. Especially since the game is more "XCOM" style instrad of chars standing in line jumping forward and backwards…

I'm an officer in a 410M GP guild where I run TW orders, strat, and setup. Have been doing it for over five years now. TW is my least favourite game mode for the entire game. So much drama, stress, and morale issues stem from TW. It's the worst.
Ive only just come into the game year ago and i was burn out almost half way through with the constant grind, the new raids has made it so i can finally get characters i need unlocked to do other things. Territory Battles aint really a thing for low level players, and GA is fun but im getting wiped every time i do it. Cant even do majority of the standard ship nodes.

Seems like a net positive for quality of life for the guild. I've enjoyed the guild I'm in, they just require activity and follow the limited instructions. No discord. I'll happy sacrifice rewards for playing when I have time and want to. I quite MSF mainly because of too much screen time, especially low quality game time like raiding. Enjoy the summer break.
I used to love how Clash of Clans did their clan war battles with two attacks and two defences it was terrible when you messed up an attack but fantastic the other way around. Maybe something CG could look to copy. Plus they had a watch along feature for battle which was pretty cool too!
I’m one of two officers in charge of TW in the biggest guild from Sweden and possibly the whole of Scandinavia, and will definitely think about doing the same thing. And yes, we all hate datacrons too, I never spend money on it personally
Until the whales band together no changes will ever happen so it’s nice to finally see them banding together for the good of all. Lets see if they stay with it and not give in for the good of a few. Cause cg could care less what the free to play have to say but when the whales stop buying datacrons that gets the executives attention.
The entire issue always comes back to datacrons, the randomness of what you get instead of for example being able to choose an option is a major issue.
As a guild leader it is honestly the worst thing that has been brought into the game, many of my guild members finish their CQ in the last few days and have barely any time to farm datacrons and can’t keep up with those who are quicker than others! If we are going to continue with crons then create a mode that is unique to farming them.
I still and always will believe they should get rid of datacrons all together as it deletes the randomness of the game
