  2. I have been having a lot of issues with how I view my body at the minute as had put on a lot of weight but started at a gym in October last year and have lost 12.2kg / 26ibs /2 stone since then and am lifting heavier weights! Still a long way to go but it's a start!

I love how your vlogs have a cozy, welcoming vibe, like i don't have to extravagant to follow this kind of a routine, and i also love how you spoke about body image issues which is something we all go through no matter how confident we are, and tbh I've been going through it for a while now because I've stopped working out and i sticked to walking byt not consistently which is terrible ik but that's all because of my mental health nowadays+ senior year 😭😭, but everythings going back intrack and I'm planning a new workout plan to fit into my schedule, and tbh whatever you said made me feel amazing even if my body doesn't looks the best it doesn't needs to be, loving our imperfections is what makes us perfect in the end, sending virtual hugs 🫂🤍
