She is just disappointed. She knows Anis more than Euphy and Lainie but less than Ilia. She just seeing her friends injuring her grift more than anyone else but Anis just makes a fake smile that more rubbing her friends concern. She is disappointed that the Known Anis who can do anything just become obedient like a puppy who is on a chain.

They've skipped a lot of things from LN but the basic premise in this scene is that Tilty cares about Anis. The conversation goes like this, "Will She truly be happy if she became the queen?"
Tilty is a very straightforward person, but not in a heart-to-heart way.
Anis knows this will happen that's why she's avoiding Tilty.

Tilty is honestly the best friend Anis could have ask for cos she's the only one other than Ilia who's unabashedly honest with her. My girl Tilty gonna single handedly force every character in the show to confront their emotions

Something something, she also likes Anis but this was one of those few driving points that was a misopportunity. Kinda sad how Tilty turned out in the end tho.
