  4. This episode is my favourite episode of the series. I absolutely love being able to see Thorfinn's struggle to find his determination to move forward as a better person.

  5. The possibility of never using violence, that's going to be a part of Thorfinn's true battle, and challenge his oath. We'll see what he does when his oath is challenged, what kind of compromises he makes, and how close he comes to breaking it

  6. Love the show reverts back to Askelad as a 'lost cause' and he knows it very well yet him telling Thorfin he's not him and he have a chance to be better. Truly peak story telling shit

    What a weekend MAPPA has had with this and AOT. Kinda crazy that we go from a world ending event of genocide in AOT to a man renouncing violence in Vinland Saga.

  13. Einar already gives off main character vibes so don't worry about him. The most likely to die I think would be Ketil. He's too nice for his own good. His death would lead to Olmar's growth and Arnheid's freedom.

    We saw it in him when he lit the signal to raid that village and he suppressed his emotions at the end of the episode in S1

  24. Askeladd reminding everyone that he is the GOAT of Vinalnd Saga XD I miss him so much. I hope Askeladd still will be like inner voice of Thorfinn in the future.

  25. I got teary eyed at Thorfinn wanting to change for sure, but the thing that got me unexpectedly was the end scene.

    Seeing old master Sverkel personally teach them how to work the land, along with Ketil and Pater having their backs. That shit got me. They can see the good in our boys.

  29. I like how Thorffinn learns a valuable lesson and hes not punished for it, it's like some type of universal karma. The first third of Farmland is done, can't wait for the rest.

  30. I think this is completely in his head, not that that really matters (it's still allows him to finally understand what Thors was saying). I like how the ravine itself looks really similar to where Thors died.
