Serpent and the Stars | OPEN MAP CALL



CheetehZ: Warrior Cats was a staple of my childhood since 6th grade and has stayed with me through so many stages of my life. It made me want to learn to animate, and motivated me to be a storyteller. It was only in 2021 that my channel took off, giving me a platform to share unique stories that are personal and dear to me. Each of these stories reflect an aspect of my past: places I have lived, interests of mine, or situations I couldn’t express through words. This, my final project, reminds me of all the friends I’ve made through my time in the Warrior Cats community. I’ve been planning this project since before Cowboy Mapleshade and it is crazy to see it finally realized!

While this is not the end of everything, it is the end of my chapter hosting Warriors MAPs. I’m working on an animal fantasy webcomic with original characters as well other things I’ll announce here on my channel and on my Twitter account in the future.

It’s been a journey; let’s make this last one count! Thanks gamers 💛 🐆

Nettlefang: can I just say I’m so so proud of the Saga of the Stars community! I can’t explain how happy I am to have met all of you incredibly talented and passionate human beings. Over the past couple years I’ve learnt so much through these projects, and I can’t wait to assist in bringing the finale into reality!! Lots of love 💚💚

LetttuceBettuce: I’m truly grateful that through shared passions of visual storytelling, I’ve become friends with the upmost creative and wonderful people (Yippee!). I hope Saga of the Stars inspired you all as it had done with the team. It means a lot to see this enthusiasm in the WC Animation community continue from childhood, to now, and hopefully many more years.

  1. Information post: Thumbnail was a collab between CheetehZ, Sparroet and Nettlefang.
    Applications open on March 3, Final Parts will be Selected on March 10. IF A PART IS MISSING FROM THE APPLICATION FORM, IT IS BECAUSE IT HAD TOO MANY APPLICANTS. Please remember that Hollyfawn had over 1000+ applications, we will try our best to look at everyone, but statistically, everyone won't be able to get in.
    Please read the rules carefully before submitting an application, and try to select at LEAST 5 PARTS to make placement easier

  3. I think I speak for everyone when I say that this franchise is one that will go down in warrior cats history. The storyline is so incredibly unique and it’s just insane that it’s come this far. We’re all super hyped and proud that you and the gang managed to make such masterpieces ❤ I applied, but even if I don’t get a part, i don’t mind. This map will be perfect no matter what!!!

  4. I only realized today that Bramblefur takes out Brambleclaw's eye when he falls… I guess that scene when Hawkstorm's corpse lost an eye was foreshadowing!

You guys are incredible. you inspire thousands of guys with your ideas, chic designs. You are unique, as are your stories. Cheeteh, I hope you read this. You are very cool, I have been watching you for a very long time, for your MAP projects and creativity. I've been trying to progress in animation for a long time to get to you and help.   12. I wanna join but I haven’t read the warrior cat books yet but I’m gonna get them soon so yeah and also I’m not sure I can join my Apple Pencil won’t work lol but this is AMAZING!
    If I could join I would wanna do the battle if that’s alright.
    Also I haven’t been in a map before so it would be amazing if I could join and I don’t mind what part u put me in and I can use my finger to draw exept I’ll use flipa clip so yeah 😅
    And by the way the reason I love warrior cats is because of u! Ur the reason I now love warrior cats!❤
