This season is the calm before the storm and it's done masterfully. Characters will have good development and when the punch line comes in the next arc it's going to be super satisfying

So happy you are at season two! its been perfect so far imo and that ED man one of the best of all time in terms of being appropriate for where thorfinn is in the story and this arc God damn!

the amount of spoilers is just insane. i often wonder why they even watch shows anymore when they try to learn everything beforehand, not even started season 2 yet and already talking about how much older thorfinn is and how dirty he is just living and working in the woods. yeah totally not spoiled there lol

I have watched uncountable reaction videos of you two, but it is still crazy to me how you manage to understand scenes. When you talked about Thorfinn being a slave although in season 1 he said he'd never be a slave and from that understood his mental state and understood that he is "just basically existing" and does not have a will to live anymore. I mean that is exactly what the next episodes are about or what is portrayed in the next episodes; Thorfinn not caring at all, almost letting himself get killed and so on…
The ending song gives me GOOSEBUMPS
season 1 is Vinland Saga, season 2 is Farmland Saga

Einer and thorfinn has one of the best bromance of anime universe
The Farmland Saga arc is peak fiction imo. Very little action, pure character growth and development
