This anime is goated
This anime on the surface is just a wholesome found family show. However, there have been dark undertones from the beginning. Whether its Kazu dealing with not wanting responsibility with the cat because they could die, or Rei sleeping in a tub because of his upbringing and finding the cold hard tub better than a bed. It's been a real treat.
So that's why rei has an almost similiar hair cut as kazuki, because kazuki cutted it 😯😯😯😯🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍

Watching Rei getting soft for Miri and Kazuki really warms my heart. The poor guy never had love and affection before in his life.. and they give him everything that he needs!!! That smile he gave to Miri… shows how much he really loves her (even when he’s not aware of it) 😭❤️

This anime makes me wanna cry, the director asked actual parents about their experience and you can feel the authenticity in every episode, they act like a GENUINE family, it doesn’t feel forced from either side.
