I too didn't know that Kay Yu was an animator until recently. He worked on River City Girls, Bleach, Mou Ippon, Onimai and even Calli's magical girl transformation. The dude is a CHAD and I completely respect him for it.

it's based on the manga of the same name, on mangadex it goes by 2 different English titles
