As cute as the story, it makes me really really uncomfortable because FL just wants to work and provide for her family while her boss is taking unfair advantage of her circumstances. He KNOWS he is wrong, that his actions can be perceived as something other than purely professional, that her husband might see things differently but he STILL persists. FL can't say no because she needs work. He got his grandmother to morally guilt her (he doesn't know the grandma is faking it, but that doesn't matter. He is dealing, to his own knowledge, with a married woman) into doing things that clearly make her uncomfortable – like having private contact with her boss outside of work. This is NOT a consensual equal dynamic, this purely and simply power harassment.
