Maysia Kwo (メイシア・クオ) is an Executor nun of the Holy Church, part of the Quartet serving under Hansa Cervantes. They help with his Overseer duties during the True and Fake Holy Grail Wars of Fate/strange Fake.

Maysia Kwo is a black-haired woman who wears an eye patch at all times, similar to Hansa. When not geared up for combat, she dresses either in ordinary plainclothes or nun habits.

In combat situations, Shanti and the other members of the Quartet wear an unusual form-fitting black uniform resembling a leotard with thigh-high boots and garter belts. The uniform is compared by Ayaka to a fabric black wet suit covered in odd decorations. She wears a blindfold that appears to be made of cloth or leather marked with a cross as part of her combat uniform, similar to the other three members. Maysia also has a white cloth wrapped around her arm with magical properties
