He was sent by the gods to submit Gill they fight for 3 straight to a darw and Gill finally found an equal to respect and became Gils friend. Eventualy since he joined with Gill against them the gods ended Enkidu.

The little girl’s curse-type Servant is essentially the complete opposite of Enkidu. If Enkidu represents life, nature, and harmony with humanity, then that black, fog-like entity embodies death, curses, and corruption. It’s not really about raw strength because Enkidu has got plenty—it’s about compatibility. That Servant is practically designed to counter Enkidu, which is why he chose to withdraw.
As for Gilgamesh, he only left because Enkidu did. Unlike Enkidu, he doesn’t suffer from any kind of compatibility disadvantage against that opponent.

them in life
To be clear, Enkidu is clay, so gender doesn't really matter to them because they can be anything. So call them whichever, it'll still be correct.
Enkidu died after Ishtar, one of the greatest mesopotamian goddesses, cursed them to waste away as punishment for Gilgamesh defying her. Because of that, they have to run away from Tsubaki's servant, because it's, well, something that has a similar nature.
Enkidu and Gilgamesh wears the same accessory. That belt like thing around Enkidu's neck is the same as what was around Gil's waist and was gifted by Gil's mother to Enkidu iirc.
