How far do you think he makes it?
Some stuff that have been missed:
Later its explained that Alcides incoporates stolen Nps Via Pandora Np into himself (changes them into feat him better)
Something later happens in the story that wil sky rocket hes power level thanks to Pandora but that probably be shown either at the end of s2 or in s3.
Prealti gives Alcides mood couse she was aware from previous holy grail wars about Gil chains of heaven gimmick. Since higher your divinity more efective chains of haven are of Gil and Enkidu.
Cerberus was weaker becouse Alcides was striped of hes divinity. If it was under Herc Archer than Cerberus would be mutch stronger and taller like hes shown in episode 11 ( becouse Cerbrus landed in Pale Rider/ Mr Black reality marble that is tied to death)
Alcides trades higher stats for higher potential and not only utility becouse how Padora reincarnation works.
As it was shown in F/Go stats/ranks for Top sumoned servants and they Nps dont realy matter couse they have ability to change them like in Enkidu case , have some haxed Nps like Gil, having unsealed Excalibur + Avalon like in Lord Logress case, having grand title like King Hassan or being god like Tezcatipoca altought on paper hes anti world NP is B rank , Ereshkigal Alter has bad stats and low NP but she can summon 1000 Gulagana legs ( Bull of heaven) and she was stated to be stronger then Sefar who is the main reason why Age of Gods finished ( in fate extella is explained that Sefar soloed mutiple God pantheons until she was stoped by Excalibur user)
feels kinda weird hearing fate lore fron Aninews instead of Dai
On the role of the mud/command spells in his summoning ->
The three Command Spells work as a carefully orchestrated sequence, not just random orders. Here’s what Bazdilot is doing and why it works:
Why all three at once?
Heracles has an incredibly high rank in the Valor skill, which protects against mental interference. He’s right when he says Command Spells are “meaningless” to him. Under normal circumstances, a single Command Spell would only produce momentary obedience that he could shake off with his own magical energy. Bazdilot knows this, which is why he burns all three in rapid succession while also flooding Heracles with an unnatural volume of corrupted magical energy. The goal isn’t to give orders Heracles will obey. It’s to keep him mentally destabilized long enough for the Grail Mud to take hold and make the transformation permanent. Each command weakens his mental defenses further before the next one lands.
Why those specific commands, in that order?
The sequence is a psychological attack tailored to Heracles’s mythology:
The first command (“drop your facade” or “don’t make excuses”) strips away his ability to retreat into his heroic self-image. Heracles, as a Heroic Spirit, is summoned in an idealized form. This command forces him to confront the fact that his nobility is, in part, a curated version of himself.
The second command (“remember all the humans you have observed”) is the real weapon. Heracles’s life story is full of tragedy that he inflicted on others. In his madness (sent by Hera), he murdered his own wife and children. He killed his music teacher Linus in a fit of rage. His Twelve Labors were themselves a penance for atrocity. Forcing him to remember every human face he encountered in life means reliving every person he failed, harmed, or watched suffer. It’s not just remembering the good in people; it’s remembering what humans endured because of him and because of the gods who manipulated him.
The third command (“accept the true nature of humans”) is the killing blow. After being flooded with those memories of human cruelty, suffering, and his own sins, he’s now ordered to accept that this is what humanity is. Not the heroic ideals he fought for, but the ugliness, the obsession, the willingness to use “any means necessary.” This reframes his entire heroic life as naive self-deception.
The result is that Heracles doesn’t just become obedient. He becomes convinced. He loses his faith in his own heroism and in the gods who shaped his destiny. That’s why he takes the name “Alcides,” his mortal birth name, rejecting “Heracles” (glory of Hera) entirely. He covers his face with the Pelt of the Nemean Lion, saying he will never again look upon the works of man. His wish for the Grail becomes the erasure of his posthumous divine name.
So Bazdilot wasn’t trying to control Heracles through brute force. He was using the Command Spells as a delivery mechanism for a targeted psychological breakdown, with the Grail Mud locking it all in place permanently. It’s why Heracles tries to kill Bazdilot before the third command lands. He recognizes too late that this isn’t domination; it’s corruption.
I’ve been waiting so long for this video
Since he is powered by 24,967 people , this is almost comparable to the famous philosopher stones from full metal alchemist with their being around 38,309 souls .

One thing that wasn't touched upon here is Heracles' relationship with Jason, captain of the Argo. Despite being so arrogant and crude, Jason and Heracles were very close friends and Alcides even threatens Bazdilot for badmouthing him. He was viewed with fear for being so absurdly strong, but on the Argo, Jason told Heracles that "here, you won’t be a monster." In fact, if Jason hadn't been killed by Medea, he was planning to form a nation where Heracles could live as a normal person.
One of my favorite headcanons was that Jason would be at his strongest fighting Alcides. Jason's Personal Skill, Epiphany in the Jaws of Death A, gives him a flash of intuitive genius the closer he is to certain doom. It's his cunning and strategic mind that calculates how best to avoid dying in a given situation, and against Alcides, he'd certainly be in peril more times than not, leading to him forming better and bolder tactics as he fights Alcides.
But even more than that is his Noble Phantasm, Astrapste Argo: The Radiant Ship That Tears The Heavens. Astrapste Argo summons the members of the Argonauts that Jason recruited to attack his foe. These heroes can include Heracles himself, Atalante, Asclepius, Caenis, Medea, Castor and Pollux, Theseus and others who haven't appeared in Fate yet. However, the heroes will only answer if they think Jason's cause and plans are justified, and Jason himself gets treated poorly by them often if the FGO animation is anything to go by.
However, they know how close he and Heracles were, and if Jason was fighting against a corrupted version of his greatest friend and the most respected hero of Greece, every Argonaut would answer that call to put Alcides down honorably.
Question, can Alcides steal Gilgamesh's EA, the sword of rupture?
Man we fucking hate them Greek gods in this household. I just wish he hadn’t fucked over Jack the Ripper when we finally got him in a great rendition.
He as strong as the author allows to be if author said he be defeated by a normal human then he will if author said he defeat chaos then he will
Wasn't he also an Argonaut?
Charlie Chaplin analysis next…
