Damn it… I liked Yoroi. Nobody is safe in this series.
I don't recall the white armor from the OG series. I know it happened, but I only casually watched the show back during the Toonami days. It was cool though… being from Bandai it looked very Gundamish to me. Like the Knight Gundam from the G Generation series.

This isn't the armor of Inferno from the OG series. The original white armor was called Kikoutei (Sun/Solar Emperor or Shining Emperor Armor), while this new white armor is called Haoutei (Supreme Emperor Armor).
I wasn't expecting this will happen to Mirei i was hoping that there is still a chance that they will save this series is really so dark .and even Gai seems great I still prefer Ryo in the inferno Armor
I wonder if they're gonna include the Black Inferno armor
This episode was interesting. I liked how everyone had their own door to go through and own trial to overcome to get their supreme art. As for the new inferno armor, i like the cape, what i don’t like is that the face plate disappears where in the old version it stays, but that’s just me. Also does gai already have the swords of fervor or do they need to get them because when you get a close up at the armor i think you can see the fervor swords by his side. Plus will while blaze become black blaze in this series?
It also doesn't help that Ryo's theme is classic

I like this series a lot but I can’t help but notice that there are a lot more characters dying than in the original series. I think there was only three deaths in the original series.
Rekka No Ryp was much better. The Kikotei was sleek and cool. The Imperial Armor is… ugly
let's not compare them. Kikoutei and Haoutei are two different animals of mystic yoroi
Ryo did it better when it first show up it ment something fire was about go down at the time he didn’t have the swords ⚔️ to kill Telpa he still defeated him that was fire tho 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Ryo definitely did it better but I still dig the new inferno armor, minus the cape. Now I just want to see the OG inferno armor standing next to the new one with a transformed Black Blaze in the middle, Ryo grabs one sword of Fervor, Gai grabs the other.
The new inferno armor face plate reminds me of the cheap toy from back in the where it was solid face plate and didnt see Ryos eyes. My main thing is the armor of inferno was worn by someone powerful along with the swords of ferver to handle the power. When Ryo use Inferno with Wildfire swords, the wildfire swords couldn't cut it.
