Hassan of the fathomless rift he's not one of the 19 Hassan but he is regarded as the shadow of King Hassan
He is probably the most difficult to deal with assassin in any war if the masters and servants are not as crack as the one here than he could probably easily win in any other grail war from just killing all the masters. Enkidu and Ishtar did not notice until he manifested behind Ishtar and even in death he is really troublesome.

so basically there is a passive and active effect
Passive: He is connected to the netherworld in which case he can temporarily transform into a true concept of death.
Active: If his Saint Graph or Spiritual body is guaranteed to not survive (this happens if his master died or he is on a suicide mission) he will merge with his target and will drag them to the netherworld invoking GUARANTEED DEATH
Although there are limitations he can't target someone who is in the light
