I’m loving this anime, even when they remove a bit of dialogue or details compared to the manga, the voice acting more than makes up for it.
Has this hapenned to you and if so can you make a video about it? People are freaking out cause apparrently Crunchyroll is not letting people use Japanese voice acted versions and can only watch in English dubs? Also some people are reporting that "Continue Watching" is not working and certain anime are missing whole episodes! The anime is Champignon Witch and another isekai from 2024 though there are probably others. Crunchyroll allegedly claim that they do not have the license to release Episode 6 of Champignon Witch which is very strange.

Damn good show
I really love the message this show is putting out. There is no "normal" you just have to be you. You don't need to have a relationship that fits standards or has a set definition, if you're both comfortable, and it makes you feel secure and happy, then that's your relationship. I'm expecting a semi big cultural impact from this show on the anime community when it's done airing, so many good messages and representations. The closest I've felt to this feel was when I watched adventure time and they were tackling existentialism and identity.
Makio totally stole the show!

One, was it just me? Did Emiri have a love fantasy over Makio serving tea? That’s kinda out of left field.
Two, in the messy room scene, Asa’s kinda started channeling her mom with all that judginess. It’s so odd that coming from Asa, I don’t think she’s shown that side before. Being like her mom is gonna be a huge problem while living Makio.
Three, Mad Max: Fury Road? What the heck Makio? Asa is 15 years old.

Jokes aside, I do relate to both Makio and Kasamachi.
I felt that Makio was neurodivergant coded since the start and this episode more or less confirmed she's got ADHD.

possible spoiler – discussion about the way the main character appropaches life:
What makes me drool about this anime is how "allowed" the main character has learned to be. She had to first accept her self (allow her self to be who she is), then she shares that allowance with others. "you grieve how you want. no one can tell you how to grieve". "what upsets me is MINE, you do not have a right to decide for me what should or should not be normal or upset me". even with Asa's best friend, who i think might be questioning her sexuality, or at least society's push to be paired with someone … it's not "do this or that" or even "you should trust yourself". it's "I think it's ok to feel what you feel. and here is a book i liked that helped me. it might help you. it might not."
it's so, what i wish everyone could be. and double that, given Japan's sociatial norm to fit in, not cause any turbulence.
This show is so painful to watch if you relate to Makio. If you know anyone like this try to just be understanding with them, its not a lifestyle choice and trying to be "normal" will burn them out and make things so much worse.

This show is just rocketing up my favorites with every episode. Im really impressed by the range—absolutely was not expecting such a bittersweet (and HOT) romantic interlude, let alone for it to be handled so deftly.
