this ishtar is not the ishtar we knew and love from the fgo babylonia anime, this ishtar is more malicious and sadistic version of her because this version is not using rin tohsaka's body as it's vessel so rin's humanity does not influence ishtar's decision..
this ishtar's decision is purely based on it's own wants and whims for example the sole reason this ishtar choose to manifest in fate strange fake is to take revenge on gilgamesh and enkidu's actions for humiliating it in front of the gods so long ago.
