On behalf of South African BTS ARMY, we want to express our deep disappointment at the continued lack of acknowledgment regarding the upcoming BTS documentary and live concerts scheduled for March.
For over 48 hours, fans have consistently tagged and engaged with your platforms across social media, yet there has been no response. This is especially disheartening when other Netflix regions, including Netflix Nigeria, have already acknowledged and engaged with their local ARMY communities.
A simple post or acknowledgment from Netflix South Africa would mean more than just promotion—it would affirm that South African and African ARMY exist, are engaged, and are ready to support BTS, especially after the collective disappointment of Africa being entirely excluded from the world tour.
We humbly request that Netflix South Africa show the same recognition and support as other Netflix accounts worldwide by making a post or acknowledging the BTS content. Representation matters, and your engagement would go a long way in validating a passionate and dedicated fanbase.
