the whole francesca thing. a heroic spirit is not the original person. they are the embodiment of the persons legend. So they died and resurrected in another body but when they died their story was famous enough to be turned into a heroic spirit. that's what she summoned.
The best fate series and also no worries this anime is not heard enough but it doing statistically good. Typical fate. A lot of people will only stsrt talling about it after a couple years. Fate series has always been like that. It actually doijg amazing. I mean the episode 0 of fate strange fake alone was extremely hyped up that why people are even wacthing it😂

This show is top 5 Winter anime of 2026 with frieren, jjk , Sentenced to be a hero and Hell's Paradise. Fire Force and Oshi no ko have been good too.

The anime made richard look more impressive than he looked in the manga. in the manga he sweats profusely and its quite clear hes out of his league
Do note: the bull enkidu refers to is the one she and gilgamesh defeated in Uruk that was sent by Ishtar
Ishtar orignally wanted to marry gilgamesh but he called her a w..re and im pretty sure the last person she was intimate with got turned into a goat or something
shortly after this, ishtar curses enkidu with death (enkidu is supposed to be immortal) and then they die, prompting gilgamesh to question his own mortality and seek out the potion of youth to obtain immortality himself
Which is why Enkidu says their natural enemy is in the war – the horseman death (pale rider/rider)
This same potion is then given to Tine (gilgamesh has an infinite supply) in Whispers Dawn before gilgamesh goes to greet enkidu
Also, yea we dont really know enkidus gender since theyre made from the earth itself/clay
so i guess he/she/they would all fit, i dont think enkidu would mind. i guess we would have to wait for gilgamesh to confirm, i honestly cant tell
in the epic of gilgamesh i think enkidu might be a dude? i have no idea. but Fate tends to gender swap so that information wouldnt have helped anyway, i honsetly cant tell
