I live for Einar right now, Snake also seems really cool too but need to learn more before I am completely sold on him. Hopefully now Thorfinn can begin to turn things around, after what happened with Snake and then the events with Einar plus the dream sequence, he should be able to start slowly rebuilding himself now. Einar best boy 2023.
I mean, it's still pretty black and white. Thorfinn's motives, if anything, make his actions WORSE. He didn't pillage because he needed to, or wanted to make a living off of it, but seeking something as hollow as revenge. Something even THORS didn't want him to do.
BTW, Thors sacrificed his life to save Thorfinn. Canute also showed mercy on him.

Thorfinn got the family waiting for him, that Einar lost at the start of season 2. Yet it's Einar that wants to survive and tells Thorfinn that good stuff did and can happen. I just noticed how yin-yang this feels.
