I found a NEW copy Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin Divine Edition for Nintendo Switch!
What up, YouTube? Welcome back to another video. I’m Danny and this is the unboxing that I’ve been waiting for. I got this off eBay. This is Sukuna of Rice and Ruin Divine Edition. This is a collector’s edition that came out on the Switch a couple years ago. Sukuna is part of the Guardians of Azuma or Rune Factory cast. I just finished playing Guardians of Ozma last night. Beat the story. Love this game on Switch 2. It’s runs so well. Looks phenomenal, especially on a massive TV like mine in 4K. Beautiful. But when I was playing this, I noticed that I saw this character in my party, Sukuna. And when I noticed her, I was like, where have I seen her before? I know that character from somewhere. I forgot because I was not really a fan of the Rune Factory series at the time. She had her own standalone game. And so I went on eBay, you know, last week after realizing who that was. I was like, let me get her game. And I was just going to buy a regular game, but then I saw this for sale for like 40 bucks. It’s a brand new copy of the divine edition of Sukuna of Rice and Ruin. Now, the seller did open up the box, but the game is still sealed, so I’m okay with that. So, in this, we get several things. I’m excited to open that on camera with you. I rarely buy collector’s edition or divine editions of anything. So, this is first of all very big and this will not fit on my shelf. So, this part will be in storage, but the actual game will be on my shelf. So, without further ado, that part’s already open. Don’t need a knife for that. Uh, let’s see what we get. So, right off the top, still sealed, is a Japanese lucky charm of Saguna of Rice and Ruin. Very nice. Look at that. So, going to leave that right in the package for now. I mean, let’s be real. I’m 36 years old. I don’t need a charm on my keys. I mean, I could put it on there, but why? I don’t I like my keys to be clean and, you know, gadget free, if that makes sense. Uh, so let’s see what else we get in here. Oh, yeah. There’s definitely some stuff in here. Okay, here’s the game. Still sealed. Very nice. Sukuna of Race and Ruin. This is the game that I see or I used to see all the time at Target, which is where I recognized her again. Sukuna, it’s very nice. Sakuna of Rice and Ruin. Uh, right here you got a picture of her grippers. So, if you’re in the feet weird like that, there’s her grippers right there for free, I guess. Anyway, don’t be in her grippers. She’s like five. That’s weird. Don’t be weird. Okay. Actually, I don’t know how how old Saguna is. She could be one of those anime characters that looks like a kid and is like 800 years old. That way they’re not considered pedophiles for making her in the first place, I guess. But yeah, what a dark what what a darker tune that got. Anyway, um let’s open it up here. Look, there’s the game, of course. Very nice. And as with typical Rune Factory, more grippers, but as with typical Rune Factory, you get a full color booklet. And I mean full color. Look at that. So cool. Princess Sukuna. So yeah, she joins you in Guardians of Isuma, which I think is really cool. But she kind of, you know, stays to herself. You can’t really interact with her that much. You can talk to her, but you can’t like develop a friendship with her like you can with Isuzu and Ulu Laka and all the others. So, but yeah, as you can see, full-blown color. Very nice. Very nice indeed. So, I’m very excited to get in this game. I’m going to play Rune Factory 5 tonight, but I think I’m going to try this one as well, just to get things going and uh go from there. So, as you can see, very nice uh artwork inside the case as well. There you go. You see both sides of it now. Very nice. So, cool. Set the game off to the side. There’s still more stuff in here. So, it fell over while I was talking. Uh, we also get this is what I was really excited for. Look at this art book. Isn’t this cool? And it’s also, of course, full color. Like so much attention to detail. There’s a very big picture of Princess Saga right there. Um, without her gripper showing, which is nice. So, uh, Tama is her little green dog thing. He’s in he’s in Guardians of Oza as well. They got this dude with a big huge nose. Uh, Mirthth, Kinta. Say I don’t know these characters cuz these are all characters of this game. Yui Karu some little dude. Princess Kokoa. Sukuna’s best friend. Okay, I’m excited to play this game. Look at this dress. Her head’s way up here. That’s a massive dress. Oh, I love the art style so much. Ooh. You can have cats and dogs or ducks or cows. Huh, that’s so cool. Uh, is she Ishimaru is a bandit. Then you got demons. Like here’s a rabbit demon with his ears tied up like a ponytail. Pig, sparrow, deer, bear. I hated the bears and guardians of Ozuma because they’re they’re they’re so powerful, you know. Feeasant, badger, boar, salmon. It’s a freaky looking salmon, clam, turtle, camo, toad, giant catfish, honi spectre, mechanicals. I’m surprised there’s no spiders in this one because there are spiders in Guardians of Bazuma, huh? There is Sukuna again. Here’s concept art. Very cool. I love stuff like this. Different angles. There she is to posing. That’s They characters when they’re modeling still. So, it’s pretty cool. There’s the Sukuna in her divine outfit. Very nice. So, it’s just it’s it’s cool. I love this stuff. I really do. And you got just different environments. Very nice. More concept art. That’s why I wish I could draw because I would do all kinds of concept art. So, I will definitely be looking at this off stream. Off. I’m not even streaming. Off video. Off when I’m not filming. That’s what I’m trying to say. offstream. Uh, see, we also get some more stuff in here. They didn’t hold back. Okay, the box is now empty. Here’s the last thing we get. Sukuna of Rice and Ruined soundtrack. The original soundtrack. That is so cool. Only thing that was open was the box. Like I said, the seller did well. He really didn’t open anything. He promised me everything was still sealed. Now, I’m going to open this because, you know, I want to open this on camera anyway. And since I own this, I’m not keeping the CD sealed. I could for resale value purposes later, but not really worried about that. I want to enjoy this. So, I will definitely be listening to the CD cuz I love the music in this in these games. So, there we go. Oh, wow. We got three discs of music. That’s cool. Disc one, Forest. Disc two, Cascade. Disc three, Mountain with the first disc having 15 tracks, the second disc having 13 tracks, the third disc having 14 tracks. So, we’ve got several hours of music here. I am excited to listen to that. That is so cool. All right. I’m excited to play this game. There you guys go. There you have it. Uh yeah, Saguna of Rice and Ruin. I’m excited. I’m definitely late to opening up this game. I know this game came out in 2022. Is that what I said? Oh, it says 2020. So, this game came out 5 years ago. Um but no biggie. So, there you guys go. If you want this exact collector’s edition, check eBay. Otherwise, you can get the regular copy on Amazon. Uh albeit not cheap. It’s cheaper on eBay. That’s why I recommend eBay. I just happen to find a collector’s edition. And I just did a video on Rune Factory 5. Going to get into that tonight as well. So, I’m also going to get into Rune Factory 4 and three as well.
