Slight context here in order for a volund to commence a valykrie and its user must be synchronized, Jack was betrayed by the society and her mother and here Brunhilde has to make Hlokk have the same feeling as Jack hence why she was there as Hlokk was also being betrayed in her perspective.
This rule is only somewhat true upto fights 3 above but its more evident on Jacks fight
