If you really think about it, this main trio has a lot of similarities to the one in Demon Slayer. Suo, red eyes and hair, earrings, the “mature” one of the group like Tanjirou. Nirei, blond (originally brunette), thick eyebrows, cowardly, but wants to be better like Zenitsu. Sakura, unfamiliar with human interactions and pretty rough around the edges like Inosuke.
OH AND Shizuka shares a voice actress with Kanao!
I've seen people commenting "why bro in a strip club?" in the opening video (I think), and now they know why 😅
Trivia: despite their style of dressing (being in a suit, wearing blazer, etc.) Nakamura Kanji is about as old as Umemiya (roughly 18 years old; it was revealed in the manga's character sheet)
Michael, if you want to be surprised, Kanj is 18 years old. His henchmen are also 17-18.
Tsubaki is 17, turning 18 when the story reaches November–the Roppo Ichiza arc takes place around mid-late April.
Shizuka is 16
Nirei is 15, turning 16 in September in-universe
Suo is 15, his birthday passed.
Sakura is 15, his birthday passed.
Japanese school systems groups kids born from April 2 to April 1 of the following year in the same grade. Suo's birthday is March 28 and Sakura's birthday is April 1, so both of them have to be born in the following year in order for them to be in the same grade as Nirei.
Finally Nirei is getting some action. FINALLY!!!!!!
Suo was already my favorite character, and now i like his character more – somehow

Also, they have fighting experience for life and death situations- maybe not death but based on the glimpse of his past, it is probably for survival (Sakura) & were formally taught to fight since he has a master (Suo) so yeah hahaha 😂.

I want to give a warning: There is a character they will introduce soon, and you might find yourself confused by Tsubaki's interactions with him. It is important to note that although we can see flashbacks, Tsubaki cannot. That is all I can say without spoilers, but things get pretty frustrating if you don't keep that in mind. Could be next ep or the one after.
