  21. I started swimming when I was 3, stopped as a teen, many years later Free! began and it made my fingers tingle with just wanting to jump back into the water! It's because of Free! that I've started swimming again, rejoined my old club, got my coaching licence, met many great people (and others not so great, but that, too, is valuable life experience), and eventually trained a young girl well enough to win gold in 200 breast at our nationals – and while it's impossible to work as a swimmcoach fulltime in my country, I am still involved with the sport to this day. Free! is a true blessing, the most realistic example of what young people go through growing up I know, and I will be forever greatful to KyoAni for making it: thank you, thank you so, SO much for giving the World this amazing show! (And here's to finally seeing Makoto and Haru making that final step in their relationship! <3)
