Five former Memphis, Tennessee officers are facing seven charges, including second-degree murder in the death of Tyre Nichols.
One of the three students Ed Reed talked about will join us tonight with his parents. He’ll tell his story of passing on other schools to be under Reed’s leadership. Roland will share emails he has received since he started reporting on this story.

There are students saying they are being told they are getting sued for going against the NDA they signed!! Others are saying they have been told they may get kicked out both for putting the schools business out there. They are trying to shut everyone down!!

He needed more about the family, first, then the expressions about social justice, then, at the close, pretty please, do not attack, anyone, with going wild with violence. Pretty please. At the last. I've been waiting for coverage on Tyre Nichols… I'm deeply saddened by this story, including the fact that 5blk men thought it was OK to beat another black man to death for 3mins.. after a damn traffic stop… was it worth it? There is a broader conversation we should happen within blk community.. 5blk cops should be trying to uplift, mentor, coach, being asking other blk men trying to do good.. not take take joy of damaging another and taking a father from his son to be yet another blk boy left without a father… that (PD training) is brainwashing at its best that all the 5blk cops saw in Tyre was a blk man that didn't deserve humane treatment. A sad day for the blk cops trying to change stereotypes. They forgot that they were blk in america, and in the south..

The implications are those cops felt so secure in seeing black men brutalized that they were confident they could do it to via their protection in the club.
Where is this $68 million? The government needs an accounting of this money and needs to send the Government Accountability Office to BCU and wake up Belvin Perry dammit!!

This is about HBCUs not Roland Show. The Conditions of Black Colleges Substandard since I was in College 1974 in OH, visiting HBCUs, working at HBCUs ie Atlanta my Opinion that the Black Alumns & Graduates need to actually $$ Support, Mentor, Students, Hire them in their Present Jobs. Expecting $ from Gov't not successful unless they all band together & actively 100% Support.
As Microsoft Partner since 1996, not only did they fire Employees, Customers left with no Support on Hardware & Training. DISSAPOINTED with MS in which have been downsizing over 10 yrs. & outsourcing to other Countries. This is the Culture of Top Fortune Companies.
Where is the money? There needs to be an investigation. There is no reason for the conditions at this university. Thank you Roland for bringing this out to the public, those students you had on the other night and they looked scared, but know I'm one who is proud of them.
I am a Georgetown Alum, and I'm glad that I have the resources to NOT send my kids to any HBCU! Sorry, I don't want my kids dealing with their bullshit. I gave JSU a $20K check last year because of Coach Prime! That was BEFORE I found out JSU was misappropriating funds!! I won't do this again! However, if BCU brings back Ed Reed, I will support that brother because I do appreciate his passion!!

I💙my HBCU & knew it wasn’t perfect but when I discovered Jxn. State Admin. refused Coach Prime’s offer to have auditors (paid by him) come to help solve the💰issues, that did it for me!
