今回はリクエストいただいたWIND BREAKER（ウィンドブレーカー）の第１話でことはが桜遥に出したオムライスです
ブロッコリーやミニトマトの大きさから考えてオムライスの大きさは３０ｃｍほどあると思われます

分量
卵６個
塩コショウ２ｇ
牛乳大さじ３

お米１合
水適量
鶏もも肉１００ｇ
タマネギ２分の１
ミックスベジタブル５０ｇ
塩コショウ３ｇ
ケチャップ大さじ２（炊飯用）
ケチャップ大さじ３前後（後入れ用）
中濃ソース大さじ１
みりん大さじ１
バター大さじ１

１．玉ねぎをバター（分量外）で炒める
２．鶏肉も炒めて塩コショウ（分量外）をしておく
３．お米と調味料、水をメモリまで加えて玉ねぎ、モモ肉、ミックスベジタブルを乗せて炊飯する
４．炊けたらケチャップを加えて混ぜる
５．卵を割って泡立て器で混ぜたらザルで濾す
６．塩コショウと牛乳を混ぜて中火くらいでスクランブルエッグを作る
７．表面を軽く焼き固めたらまな板の上にサランラップを敷き、その上に玉子を乗せる
８．ケチャップライスを中央に乗せたらラップで巻く
９．皿を上から被せたらひっくり返して形を整えてラップを外す

This time I would like to show you an omelette rice dish that Kotoha served to Haruka Sakura in the first episode of WIND BREAKER, which was requested by us!
The size of the omelette is about 30 cm, considering the size of the broccoli and mini tomatoes.

Serving Size
6 eggs
2g salt and pepper
3 tablespoons milk

1 cup rice
Appropriate amount of water
100g chicken thigh meat
1/2 onion
50g mixed vegetables
3g salt and pepper
2 tbsp ketchup (for cooking rice)
3 tablespoons ketchup (to add after cooking)
1 tablespoon Chuno sauce
1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine for cooking)
1 tablespoon butter

1. Sauté onion in butter (not included)
2. Brown the chicken and season with salt and pepper (not included).
3. Add rice, spices and water to cover rice and cook rice with onions, thighs and mixed vegetables on top.
4. When cooked, add ketchup and stir.
5. Add eggs, whisk and strain through a sieve.
6. Mix salt and pepper with milk and scramble eggs over medium heat.
7. Lightly brown the tops of the eggs and place on a cutting board covered with plastic wrap.
8. Place the ketchup rice in the center of the egg and wrap the egg in the plastic wrap.
9. Cover the top with a plate, turn the plate over, shape the egg, and remove the plastic wrap.
