That was really anticlimactic between Brandish and Lucy. After all that talk and attitude, Brandish just gave the key away to her as she was planning to this whole time? What was the point of all that?

So Lucy has regain Aquarius key but for how long? I believe that last line for Lucy in the chapter “If I had know what was yet to come, I would’ve been more emotional” is hinting that Lucy and Aquarius reunion will be short lived, with Faris and Oración Sechs now entering the stage Lucy might have to summon the Celestial Spirit King to fight against them. Faris is basically Zeref and Acnologia as one person so she might have to do it to survive and god knows what powers each of Oración Sechs have. Maybe somethings are just meant to be the way they are?!
I was hoping gray would get the fight against all the demons of faris but you know its totally in line for erza to wreck them all while fighting aldoron lol
So Ezra just going to one shot the whole other team next chapter isn’t she?

And Happy basically had a Gray moment with Misfortune, because she’s like Juvia in the beginning who couldn’t control the rain around her at first. The fire cat just needs training and if anything she could be Juvia’s cat partner if she joins Fairy Tail or maybe Romeo.
And I honestly thought Erza would fight Viernes and Gray fighting Aldoron. And that Wendy would be the first to meet with the Black Wizards group to see Zero while dealing with Selene. Let’s see if Wendy will still fight Selene as we continue the final arc of the story.
And the anime started the second cour, based on their pacing they look to be finished before they get sent to the labyrinth for the Earth Dragon God

I'm glad Lucy has her back, but it would've been interesting if Aquarius would have two owners. It could open up the possibilities of a gold spirit having two owners!
