These pimple popper have no clue what they are doing all of them can't even do a simple extraction correctly. They all stab jab poke and dig the needles are the worse for digging and poking the same blackhead over and over again then try to pull the blackheads out whole which never works the blackhead always breaks at the weakest spot where the hard and soft meet they pull the tops out and leave all the soft material in the more. None of them have any concept of just Squeezing which is the very best why to extract blackhead it causes the least amount of damage to the skin and pore they should only use a needle or blade when the blackhead will not come put with just squeezing. Then the blade poppers they all stab their clients deeply all over the face. You should never ever stab a blackhead never. If you need help getting the blackhead out you make a very tiny incision at the very top of the pore. The only reason a blackhead I'd head to extract is the top part of the pore has started closing over the top of the blackhead and keeping the blackhead from popping out. So a tiny incision at the very top of the pore is all you need to do for the blackhead to squeeze out Stabbing deeply does not help the blackhead to come out any better then making the tiny incision. These poppers of not professional training or education in skin care and extractions everything they do is wrong they can't even squeeze at one time they at least squeezed the blackheads but now days they don't the poppers have become more ignorant with time. These poppers must not have a any common sense None, Zip, Zero, nun I'm starting to wonder if there's any intelligence left in these pimple poppers…

The FOIA response might be true. The National Parks may have a directive not to keep data/records about missing people because a military/intelligence organisation has jurisdiction over keeping such records. If National Parks were to disclose the data is kept by a different institution they would be breaching confidential/security laws. It was a matter of semantics, they did not lie to you.
