This looks so stiff and smeary/shitty in a lot of shots. This is going to be a repeat of the last crappy attempt at adapting Ito’s work. Guess I only have Uzumaki to look forward to

Considering how Netflix treated Trese and Jojo Stone Ocean, I have no faith on this adaptation.

its similar animation, voicing etc as the previous animated junji ito stories that people ripped to shreds. There are sooo many people hating on the previous series and even this one already. An adaption is an adaption, if you don't like the animation then animate it yourself. so many ungrateful people even in these comments saying it looks like trash or theyll just keep waiting for uzumaki, yall are awful and clearly don't appreciate anything junji ito because it isnt upto your anime standards.

Man, all of them seems familiar. I guess I’ve read it too much. There are some are missing though, like The Fashion Model and The Intersection Pretty Boy. Glad Souichi has many part of this anime adaptation. 😂
Haven't read the manga, but tried the first two episodes of the show and felt nothing but annoyed.

This is a terrible anime. Go watch papameat explain why cus I don't have the effort. They really did not do junji ito Justice and idk how they even got permission to do this.. but this is not a good anime. It feels like some low budget trash you'd see on teletoon at 3 am on Saturday.
