When Fukuzawa was talking to Oda in the jail cell. The old man in red, he doesn't appear in the original material, don't know why he was included but he's a character that plays a major role in the season 4. I don't care for him in all honesty.

Also that dude in red uniform that was standing beside Fukuzawa outside the prison cell, keep him ingrained in your mind too, he's gonna be an important character in the following arc too.
And next episode is where things start going downhill (in the best way possible) 🙂
So V is actually the roman 5. I guess it refers to that Decay of Angel organization from the trailer which is composed of 5 members: Fyodor, that white-dressed guy from trailer and 3 more.
And their objective is the eradication of Gift users. Fyodor did mention he had such a plan in the movie or S3 I think.
And they're also looking for that book which grants whatever is written in it. That's why Fyodor formed a temporary alliance with the Guild and Order of the Clock Tower to improve the chances of getting it. But then Francis went on with his own plan. I don't know what Atsushi's ability has to do with the book but hopefully we get an explanation this season.
