  1. CBS always mentioning race they can’t help it 🤦🏻 man is extremely talented. Had the opportunity to try his restaurant out. Amazing

  2. Congrats to the chef and his team. Great accomplishment. Is the title of the video wrong though? It sounds like he retained his one star as opposed to getting a second star.

  3. I watched a YouTube video about how he runs his restaurant. This young man and his crew are super talented! He runs a tight ship! His Michelin star is well deserved!! I wish him continued success!!

  4. "Why so small portions?"
Answer: When you fine dine, you want to TASTE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE and absorb the experience of quality while taking in a lot of quantity, so your not so full from 1 dish.

  5. 1:19 "If you wanted to be a chef, in a restaurant, you know, the value of on the job training was much more valuable than being in a classroom with textbooks and student loans."

  6. His food looks really good. It's unfortunate that the narrator got all of the food pronunciations wrong. I cringed so much every time she mispronounced a word. She should have done her homework.
