I was about to write to tell you that mine is only 1 tap in head, not Even neck. And then i watched some further and noticing urs stopped to 1 tap for a while and that tko’s dont one tap with them either.
This is a Classic eomm issue. Players getting nerfed and buffed live at every engagements.
MwII has so strong eomm for me that its litterally unplayable both in warzone and multiplayer.
60-80% of my throwing knives in warzone goes towards enemy, then starts to go straight up in the air, almost as if they are filled with helium. Some pierce right true enemy dealing no damage, some litterally climb over the shoulders and land at the ground right behind them, and some go into the middle of enemy head, and then fly straight up in the air from the top of their head, leaving no damage as usual. Exsplosive sniper ammo may explode in enemy face, blood squirting from their face, but no damage dealth.

Here are classical examples of eomm which is highly apparent in cod this days, and is the only real reason why it sucks:
Enemy hitbox is schrinked:
– the sniper bullet you shot in the forehead of enemy is a miss, you need to hit between the eyes…
Hitbox increased:
– Ur taking damage Even though u went behind cover. Enemies dealing damage Even if their shot is up to 2m off target. Nomatter how well and fast you jump, slide, dive the enemy will land every single shot. Ur riot shield does nothing because ur hitbox is so big that ur hitbox is actually in front of it and on the sides of it.
– Enemy hp buffed:
Enemy survives theese ninja stars, enemy survive sniper headshot, all snipers become hitmarker machine unless you hit head, smg may need up to 20 well places shots close up in multiplayer and up to 40bullets in warzone. Downed enemy survive ninja star in chest. 1 tap shotgun dont 1 tap chest at 1 meter range etc.
– Lowered HP:
You die from 1-3 bullets in both multiplayer and warzone. U die by sniper and marksman rifle legshots etc.
– Messing with aim several functions:
* aim assist gone
* aim assist turns into anti aim assist
* aim forced of enemy, if you have time to squeeze it back it will do full release and you will have to squeze it back from the other direction.
* turning ur entire fov 90 degrea off enemy player.
* increased aiming sway and flinch
* short intoduced lag which feels like ur operator tries to aim while inside a Jar of sirup, the shot is also delayed, you smash that shoting Button 5-6 times before shot released. No info on fps/packet lost etc and no other issues with lag other than that excact gunfight.
– projectiles and utility/nades/knife/ninja stars change direction of travel. Sniper shots may curve sidesways, what was a lined up sniper headshot at 5m range curves and hit enemy right hip, throwing knives explained. Stuns and nades will roll and bump back to ur location.
– melee lounge:
* In the early warzone 2 era some guys got melee killed from guys 300-400m away. This was before they tuned it properly. Now some players will experienced beeing pushed away from enemy at every melee swing. Not stopping, litterally pushed backwards, meanwhile others will be glued to enemies Even of they dive off the building they can just melee them mid air until they are dead.
– missing hitmarkers is very typical as well.
– increased recoil
– different movement speed
And so much more. There are plenty of proof of this.

The eomm patent real design criteria is that «normal matchmaking tries to matchmake based on fairness, however we found fair matchmaking not to be the best for engagement» by engagement they mean people beeing engaged and play the game, and the more they play the more likely they will buy from store.
