CQC = tells to give more priority to Techniques than the instinct that's telling to attack without thinking ,

CQC is more good in hand to hand combat ,
Whereas Systema could over scale CQC in a real life and death situation when primary , Secondary hopes and weapons have broken

Difference is you can actually use cqc by itself in a real fight you have to combine systema with another martial art so you could use it in a fight
