  1. 1. Practice gratitude 0:40
    When you practice gratitude, the first thing you can do is be grateful for your life. Everyday, first thing in the morning, say to yourself that "I am grateful for my life" and "I am grateful for everything."
    Be grateful for everyone, no matter good or bad or what they've done.

    2. Practice Mindfulness 2:10
    Everyday for 10 minutes or more just be mindful of what you're doing, if you're walking then be mindful about it. You can also sit on a chair or in a meditation posture and just acknowledge everything.

    3. Practice self-positive talk 3:10
    The more you think negatively, it becomes a habit and will affect your personality. Instead, think "I am worthy", "I am happy", "I love myself" or other positive self-talk affirmations.

    Do these simple practices everyday and your life will become better.

  2. In everything words that I listen from you, I don't see any different with the Bible. The bible tells us all this. if you read the Bible you know what I mean. For example,..(proverbs 23:7) says, as a man thinketh in his heart, so he is..if you think you are poor, you'll remain poor, but if think you are blessed, you'll live a blessed person 🙏❤

  3. Most importantly I am grateful to be a Buddhist to get lesson from lord father for life and get successfully eliminated from the cycle of borning and dying. I am grateful everyday for learning something new and gathering good

  4. I think there are many people in this world, for whom it´s very diffecult to feel gratitude, because of all the craziness going on and it seems only getting worse. The intersting thing though, is that we can feel gratitude for the craziness, because it´s ecactly that, there brings more consciouness into this world.
