Pro tip: if you dodge the first shot, get inside his arm radius towards his back (encircle the opponent) and get control of his arm to rip the gun away. If the opponent is smart he’ll step back. But he won’t be able to get a target on you because he just shot (he’s focused on getting out of your range, not shooting). The best example of this is in the first John Wick when he goes to the nightclub. I think it’s the second guy he faces?; on the upper level. The guy missed, John stepped into his range at his 10 o’clock, and the guy tried to step out but John got in with control and got his opponents gun away and finished him with a headshot.
