  1. How the Fuck i’m Gonna do this routine when I need To be at Work at 7:00, and 30 minutes I spend on road from home To the cabinet?
    Mate.. come on, let’s be more realistic. Not All of us are home Developer or remote workers. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  2. Love the step by step but I wouldn't say you get 3 more hours a day that someone who wakes up at 8.
    If I wake up at 5, I'm most likely in bed by 9pm; that's 16 hours.
    If I wake up at 8am, I'm most likely going to bed by midnight; that's also 16 hours.

  3. Wake up at 5am & get IMMEDIATE sunlight & don’t forget to drive to the gym & then workout & drive all the way back home in 45 minutes total. 😐

  4. i've been waking up at 4.00 AM in the morning for the last 1 mont, first i have a glass of water, i have to wake up earlier to pray, after back from mosque i recite qur'an after that i read book while also drink a cup of coffee, and then i take a shower, and at 7 AM i go to the gym, after back from gym i make a meal, the energy and the mood is always strong what a good morning routine, and then i ready to go keep strong brother 👊🏽

  7. ok 2 things….. im only at point 3 by the way…. you said you gain all these hours on people who get up late but my guess is they probably go to bed 3 hours later than you have to, to get a good proper nights sleep so thats false.
    next… where in the world are you getting sunlight at 5am in the morning? you live in Iceland?

    ok point 3 after finishing the other points at 510 you somehow turn into the Flash and arrive at a gym at 515. im pretty sure id need to get dressed and have a piss after that large glass of water so there goes 3 minutes so i somehow live in the gym locker? 513 dressed and 515 now im at a gym…
    phew point 4 should be a good one…..
    whoops hang on you said go to bed with gym clothes on so that will save me 2 minutes and 1 long 1 mjnute piss is only 511. 4 minutes to the gym changes everything…
    now im showering at 6 am. well considering i was able to make it to the gym at lightning speed im assuming my warmup and workout can be blitzed in 40 minutes leaving me that vital 5 minutes to get back home on my 20minute drive from the gym to shower. cause nobody wants tinea from skanky gym communal bathroom floors. so a very quick workout then.

    a steamer that releases oils on the floor for you to slip on… isnt the steam from the hot shower enough steam? why do i need more steam?

    Wake up – 4:20am
    Take a cold shower – 4:25am
    Drink 1 liter of water to accumulate piss -4:35am
    Meditate – 4:40am
    Work out – 6:40am
    Come home – 1:40pm
    Take another cold shower -2:55pm
    Meditate until bedtime – 3:00pm
    Sleep – 8pm

    It's not easy but do this if you wanna be him
