I drink at least one half gallon of tap water daily.
Lots of people say that you shouldn't drink tap water because it's full of undesirable things.
If you drink the water long enough, your immune system will build up, and it won't give you any issues.
The same goes for all of you idiots who are still wearing masks.

Pfft I'm like 98lbs. I drink 33-50 oz 2-3 small bottles and the rest is morning hot chocolate, milk, juice, whatever.
Divide your body weight in half then drink that much in ounces of water everyday. A general rule for actual water intake then you add your juicy Foods
