My theory is the black-haired dude was originally a dude but got transformed into a girl to fight something that is invading and attacking mankind it seems this strange operation gave them some colour-like power? It must have been painful too because we see in our world frame he has a broken finger and hand? Considering Pink sings on stage maybe their power is fired via music or some sort of energy generation. I mean kind of a like Sympogear? In Sympogear only females could have the gears due to in world circumstances so maybe this power can be only used by women?
For those who don't get the story : either the boy is the pink haired girl on stage, or the girl is a boy at school. Either way, the brown-haired girl seems to have noticed. Also, the idol is involved in…some kind of…military bullcrap-I'm not a storyteller by profession, you know !
